This post discusses most beautiful insects in the world. More than millions of insect types exist worldwide that a great number of them have attractive shape and/or color. Several insect species have a deadly poison like Dengue and Malaria mosquitoes. The following items are top 5 most beautiful insects around the world:

5. Cecropia Moth

Cecropia Moth is also known as Hyalophora Cecropia and Robin Moth. This insect is a moth of Saturniidae’s family or giant silk species, and they are the biggest native moth in North of United States. The Cecropia moths are founded from North of America and Rocky Mountains to Maritime Provinces of Canada. It is too easy to differentiate between sexes of these Cecropia Moths. The female Cecropia Moth’s wingspan is about 13 cm while the male one is almost 16 cm. The female Cecropia Moth’s abdomen appears a little bigger than male one because of the bulk of their eggs. 4. Lymantrid Moth

Lymantrid Moth is also known as Calliteara Pudibunda. This moth is founded in Anatolia and Europe; especially widespread in areas of lands covered with trees. There is one generation of this insect in Denmark with the dull grey moth flying from April to June. The body of this insect is about 40-60 mm, and any female can lay approximately 350 eggs. The Calleta Silkmoth is also known as Eupackardia Calleta and Calleta Silk moth. This insect is a moth of Saturniidae’s family. The Calleta Silk moths are founded in Guatemala, Southern Arizona, Mexico, Texas and New Mexico in the United States. The length of its wingspan is about 9-13 cm. The larvae mostly feed on Leucophyllum frutescens, Fraxinus species,Sapium Biloculare, and Fouquieria Splendens.
